Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. To deliver the site and protect its operation, technical connection data may be processed, in particular IP address, time of access, requested address and browser information. The hosting provider may keep separate server logs. This processing serves secure and reliable operation under our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The actual hosting-log retention period must be checked against the hosting configuration.

Language selection
The language selector links to separate DE, EN and ZI pages. This static version does not profile visitors or store language choices in Local Storage.
Cookies and website analytics
We operate self-hosted website analytics. Page views and certain link clicks are recorded with the time, page, language version and, where applicable, the type of interaction. The IP address available during the request is temporarily matched against a local GeoIP/ASN database to derive country, region, approximate city, network organisation and autonomous system number (ASN). This information may be inaccurate and does not reliably identify an individual or their employer.
For ordinary visitors, the current analytics implementation does not use tracking cookies, local storage or a persistent visitor identifier. Full visitor IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database and are not sent to an external geolocation service. We process the derived data for internal site usage analysis on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the balancing assessment and specific retention/deletion period must be documented by the website operator.
A session cookie is used for the protected administrator login. An administrator who explicitly excludes their own browser from the visitor count sets a functional cookie (sas_test_browser) with a validity of up to two years; it can be removed through the internal test-device page. We currently do not use general advertising or third-party tracking.

Third-party website operators are responsible for their own content and data processing. We will review links if notified of unlawful material.
SSL/TLS encryption
HTTPS connections are encrypted via TLS. A valid HTTPS configuration must be maintained on the live domain.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You can also complain to a competent data protection authority.
